Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Plan template and orchestrate TGH’s strategic planning process (5-year Plan and Annual Business Plan) to the business owners and related parties.

  • Consolidate presentation deck and housekeeping of all strategic papers.

  • Lead operational excellence with performance monitoring and continuous improvement across all business processes.

  • Manage strategic meetings including the Executive Leadership Team meeting and Senior Management Team meeting. Summarize and monitor key take-aways.

  • Act as the corporate PMO to consolidate TGH and subsidiaries projects, evaluate the results, and make preliminary recommendations to CEO and TGH executive team.

  • Prioritize and tollgate the decision making of each project based on feasibility study and cost-benefits analysis.

  • Drive business initiatives and projects initiated from TGH’s CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent

  • 10 years experience in Business development, strategic planning, and/or project management.

  • Practicality and achievability of the new concepts and growth opportunities

  • Having Problem Solving and Project Management skill, keen to take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements

  • Ability to identify business gaps and recommend decisive actions to fill the gaps in timely manner

  • Excellent communication skills and having ability to work collaboratively with cross functions
