Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with software development teams to gather user requirements and oversee development processes.
Support the design, coding, and testing phases of technical solutions.
Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, test cases, and workflows, including system configuration as an application admin.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard systems development life cycle processes and effectively apply our methodology in client projects.
Perform detailed business process analyses to identify areas for improvement, including inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project management.
At least 2 years of experience in software development and database inquiry (SQL).
Fluency in written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 750 or higher).
Flexibility, creativity, and a solid understanding of emerging technologies to develop effective business solutions.
