Job Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end IT business requirements across all processes within the organization.

  • Work closely with Key Business Users to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Act as the liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.

  • Define and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and other related documentation.

Solution Architecture & Technology Evaluation

  • Assess technology solutions and system capabilities to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate in the design of Solution Architecture, ensuring it aligns with business needs.

  • Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure system development meets business expectations.

Business Process & Customer Experience Optimization

  • Provide consultation on process improvement (Business Process Management - BPM) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate and offer guidance on Customer/User Experience (CX/UX) strategies for IT systems.

  • Work closely with project managers and system developers to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Help prioritize IT projects to align with business goals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, underwriting, claims management, and policy administration systems.

  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT solutions.

  • Familiarity with solution architecture, business process modeling (BPM), and system development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and external vendors.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
