Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Accounting Department and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO/FM/TR modules, ensuring smooth financial processes and system efficiency.
Support system integrations between SAP and related applications such as K2, SMART Application, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Provide support for K2 Payment, Memo, and Bundle Payment applications to ensure seamless payment processing.
Assist in managing web applications relevant to SAP FI to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Maintain and update company’s approval routes across relevant applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout all project phases, including vendor selection, system design, development, testing, quality assurance, and post-go-live support.
Conduct user training sessions for both existing and newly implemented applications to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA), CO, FM, and TR (CM, TM).
3-5 years of experience in understanding business processes and operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies related to ERP and other applications.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal (TOEIC score of at least 750).
Goal-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
