Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales strategies independently.

  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

  • Analyze target customer groups and approach the right prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

  • Set a sales target of at least 5 million THB per month.

  • Coordinate with the design team and relevant departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

  • Age between 25-30 years old.

  • Sales experience or background in home construction/interior design is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Owns a personal vehicle and can travel to meet clients.

  • Responsible and proactive in work.
