About the Company:


Our client is a leading insurance company in Thailand, specializing in a wide range of insurance services. This exciting opportunity offers exposure to the insurance industry, where you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and document project registration data (Project Charter), outlining scope, requirements, timeline, budget, and development plans based on assigned tasks (TOR/RFP). Clearly understand project objectives, goals, and measurable outcomes.

  • Plan, prioritize, and create project plans, including team assignments, action plans, and budgets for assigned projects.

  • Plan and manage the documentation and selection processes for Software and third-party vendors, including reviewing project proposals and contracts for external procurement and associated documents.

  • Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring systematic, efficient, and standardized operations to meet goals and deadlines.

  • Implement the project plan, adjusting as necessary to meet needs and requirements.

  • Manage meetings and document meeting minutes. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored properly.

  • Coordinate with project development teams, personnel, and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment with the project goals.

  • Analyze, assess, and create project risk documentation, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage issues and project concerns, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Monitor progress, measure results, and compile data for progress reports to senior management, analyzing project performance and suggesting improvements to enhance quality.

Requirements

  • Male or Female, aged 30-45 years.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT project management or 15 years in the information technology field.

  • Ability to manage projects, teams, time, and changes, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Leadership skills with excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize issues and present reports.

  • Decisive, able to make quick and accurate decisions in uncertain situations.

  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand the business context and align projects with organizational goals.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage emotions effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft Project and presentation tools.

  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for work-related tasks.
