About the Role
This position is position for our client which is one of the biggest companies in the world, especially in FMCG Industry.
Responsibilities:
Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)(preferably including industrial services supply)
Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, utilities or packing optimization
Manage his/her work following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
Preparation of a major CAPEX project submission.
Definitions of roles and responsibilities within a project team (resource
management)
Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
Design Phase: Ensure that all assets are well designed and meet the business requirements through applying new technologies, proven principles, thorough design reviews and basic engineering.
Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation. Support Value Engineering Analysis (VEA)
Implementation phase: Ensure safe work sites at all times. Provide installations that are easy to clean, maintain and operate, guaranteeing the safe, consistent manufacturing & distribution of quality products after commissioning.
Ensure that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up front when working with external engineering services, contractors, suppliers etc.
Prepare a project progress report on a monthly basis.
Start-up/close out phase: Ensure that the project scope is fulfilled and in line with the client's expectations.
Ensure that the operating, maintenance and cleaning staff is effectively trained and that the equipment handing over to the client is both smooth and efficient.
Ensure that the client gets a comprehensive project file with all the necessary drawings, manuals, certificates, updated asset register, etc., in including the final project report.
Requirements
3+ years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, M&I or equivalent positions)
3+ years of working experience in project or process management, prefer direct experience in dry or powder process
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical Engineer
Experience in managing & supervising vendor.
Proficient level of communication in English
