Job Responsibilities:
Product Development & Registration: Provide technical and scientific information for new product development and registration purposes to medical professionals. Support strategic planning for brand management and food legislation.
Hospital & Medical Institution Visits: Visit hospitals and medical institutions as per the planned call frequency to promote special nutrition products to doctors, nurses, dietitians, and pharmacists for product recommendations to patients.
Nutrition & Market Research: Consolidate nutrition information, external movements, competitor analysis, and trends with recommendations for product innovation and communication strategies.
Nutritional Profiling: Input nutrition information and competitor comparisons. Design nutrients' profiles for product prototypes, suggest nutritional foundation criteria, and assess nutrition competitive advantages.
Product Release Support: Provide necessary market information for product release, such as target consumer nutritional needs, consumption, and nutrition situations.
Product Development & Updates: Update progress on product development and post-launch in Pre-NPD and Bi-weekly updates.
Packaging Communication: Advise on pack communication messages with supporting rationales and documents, ensuring alignment with brand plans.
KOL Engagement: Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support corporate projects.
Training & Presentations: Serve as a speaker for internal and external training sessions related to new products.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Nursing, or other related fields.
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in Nutrition or Medical Sales.
Knowledge of nutrition, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, food science, nurse applied science, or physical therapy is required.
Good understanding of the WHO Code of Conduct is essential.
Strong convincing, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Committed and detail-oriented with excellent service-minded skills.
