About the Role
As an IT Manager, the candidate leads the company's tech operations for trading systems, infrastructure, and IT asset management. They also collaborate with the IT Security team to maintain the company's security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement information technology policies to align with company objectives.
Define and maintain standards for all computer systems, including hardware (servers, networks) and security.
Research and integrate new information technology advancements to improve and adapt systems.
Oversee the development of operating and capital budgets related to the organization’s IT.
Plan and develop subordinates to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
Efficiently manage IT projects and operational processes.
Manage the company's IT assets.
Implement IT energy management plans and policies within the company.
Follow environmental management system ISO14001, occupational health and safety management system OHSAS18004, and quality management systems ISO9001 and ISO270001.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years in IT management or helpdesk support.
Server systems (MS Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, Physical, VMware, HCI)
Basic software (MS Windows 8, 7, XP; MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013)
Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Domain, GPO)
Network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN, Palo)
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Analysis of computer issues (PC, Notebook, Printer)
Design and installation of CCTV systems
Design and installation of IP Phone systems (optional)
Understanding of quality, energy, environment, and safety management.
