Job Responsibilities
Analyze and provide constructive feedback on technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and design documents.
Oversee comprehensive end-to-end testing initiatives for all projects to ensure alignment with user requirements.
Develop thorough test plans and cases that cover all necessary testing scenarios and requirements.
Implement and execute both automated and manual testing strategies to ensure software quality.
Diagnose software issues, identify root causes, and train users on implementing corrective measures.
Manage test planning, estimation, prioritization, and coordination activities across projects.
Maintain detailed defect logs and ensure proper bug tracking throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver testing solutions and coordinate testing activities throughout the application lifecycle.
Direct and synchronize team activities to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for designated applications and their associated processes.
Provide frontline support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues while identifying necessary business process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Technology or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience of relevant work experience in software tester
Possess extensive experience in software development, quality assurance, and test automation practices
Demonstrate mastery of quality assurance methodologies, industry tools, and standard processes
Show proven ability to create detailed and effective test plans and test cases with clear documentation
Maintain hands-on expertise with various automated testing tools and frameworks
Display strong proficiency in SQL querying and scripting languages
