🚀Job Description:
Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, Interviewing and connecting ideal candidates with the client
Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates.
Creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means, designing creative strategies, and executing on sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles.
Develop and update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Actively seeking opportunities to develop business by connecting with new clients
Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
Have bachelor degree from university in Business Administrations, Information Technology, Psychology, Liberal Arts, International Relations, Public Administration, Computer Engineering and any related fields
Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
Good command of English: Writing, Translation, Reading, Speaking
Fresh Graduate are preferable for this position
