Job Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Preventive maintenance with Supplier.
Network Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless and firewalls.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups of data and develop disaster recovery plans.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and IT best practices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Experience in managing Windows Server, VMware , Active Directory , Veeam
Experience in network system; network switches, Firewalls, Access Points will be an advantage
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
Good command in English especially speaking and writing
