About the Role
This position is position for our client which is one of the Biggest companies in Thailand, especially in Energy industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain processes for managing timeline, budget, and scope; setting quality and performance standards; and assessing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Determine and define clear goals, deliverables, roles and responsibilities for members required for specific projects or initiatives with stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements with stakeholders to meet expected project outcomes.
Estimate project timeline and develop project plans with actionable break down tasks along with resources scheduling and allocation.
Oversee the daily tasks of project team members while ensuring all of them are actively working toward established milestones.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment including risk identification and mitigation.
Determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects in regular team meetings.
Track and report project status, progress, outcomes, and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan in timely basis.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and outsources.
Identify, clarify, and gain sponsorship for changes in project scope.
Provide support for business case development and company’s project approval process.
Driving, enabling, and managing business change and process reengineering where required.
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for project members as necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT or a related field from Prominent universities.
Minimum 7 years' experience in project management.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Web/Application Development.
Have direct experience in Web/Application Development will be advantage.
Have strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a wide variety of teams associated with the project.
Have clear communication skills to guide project teams and coordinate with vendors and management and be able to clearly explain complex technical issues.
Have organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
Have knowledge of software systems, computers, operating systems, network, and service desk administration.
Have experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Have strong sense of personal accountability, urgency, and flexible thinking regarding decision-making and driving performance of teams.
Be comfortable in a competitive, collaborative, and fast-changing work environment.
