Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage construction and interior decoration workers, including carpenters, painters, ceiling workers, electricians, and plumbers.

  • Supervise worker entry and exit, adapting to frequent labor changes.

  • Calculate wages and salaries for both full-time employees and daily workers.

  • Plan, establish regulations, and optimize workforce efficiency.

  • Develop problem-solving strategies and innovative approaches to labor management.

  • Identify tools and methods to improve work processes and productivity

Requirements

  • HR experience, especially in recruiting and managing construction labor, is a plus.

  • Strong ability to handle workforce turnover and effectively manage personnel.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to calculate wages and process payroll for daily workers.

  • Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and HR system improvement.

  • Flexible to work at the Sam Khok, Pathum Thani factory or the Prachachuen office as needed.
