Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of HRBP Team: Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners to provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders and departments.

  • HR Programs and Policies: Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and enhance the employee experience.

  • Talent and Succession Planning: Partner with senior leadership to assess and address organizational needs in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • HR Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, increasing efficiency, and driving organizational change.

  • HR Metrics & Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and guide decision-making.

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor HRBP team members to support their professional growth and career progression.

  • Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and enhance HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
