Job Responsibilities:
Leadership of HRBP Team: Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners to provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders and departments.
HR Programs and Policies: Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and enhance the employee experience.
Talent and Succession Planning: Partner with senior leadership to assess and address organizational needs in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects aimed at improving processes, increasing efficiency, and driving organizational change.
HR Metrics & Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and guide decision-making.
Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor HRBP team members to support their professional growth and career progression.
Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and enhance HR strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
