Job Responsibilities
Plan out the yearly training strategy and budget to help our team grow and support the company’s development.
Create top-notch teaching materials and courses that make learning effective and engaging.
Design and develop up-to-date courses focused on our insurance products.
Update courses for non-life insurance brokers to meet the standards set by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
Work with the company and instructors to make sure our training programs get certified by the OIC.
Conduct training sessions for different departments, including banks, hire purchase entities, and dealerships.
Supervise training sessions to ensure they comply with company policies and follow up afterward to improve and refine the programs.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in managing training departments or similar fields.
Deep understanding of training management and curriculum development, especially for insurance companies.
Proven track record in creating, monitoring, and evaluating courses effectively.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work well with a team and excellent at fostering cooperation.
