Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and design tailored programs for the grocery sales force aligned with business strategies.

  • Implement, monitor, and enhance sales training programs to boost sales force effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with vendors and trainers to ensure efficient organization of training sessions.

  • Coach and develop sales competencies to support strategic sales interventions and execution.

  • Direct and roll out NDP sales training across all regions through regional teams.

  • Oversee and manage the sales training budget for optimal utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales development

  • Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)

  • Good communication skills (need to develop some short Tik Tok bite-sized learning, conduct some basic training courses – training will be provided)

  • Some level of strategic thinking, creativity and initiative

  • Passion to make changes

  • Stakeholder management

  • Coordination and follow-up skill
