Job Responsibilities
Analyze training needs and design tailored programs for the grocery sales force aligned with business strategies.
Implement, monitor, and enhance sales training programs to boost sales force effectiveness.
Collaborate with vendors and trainers to ensure efficient organization of training sessions.
Coach and develop sales competencies to support strategic sales interventions and execution.
Direct and roll out NDP sales training across all regions through regional teams.
Oversee and manage the sales training budget for optimal utilization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher – preferably marketing and related field
At least 5 years’ experience in sales development
Able to communicate in English with good computer skills (MS-Office applications)
Good communication skills (need to develop some short Tik Tok bite-sized learning, conduct some basic training courses – training will be provided)
Some level of strategic thinking, creativity and initiative
Passion to make changes
Stakeholder management
