Job Responsibilities:

  • Secure project financing, issue project information memorandums, and negotiate project financing terms and loan documentation.

  • Build financial models for assigned projects to update actual performance and prepare financial analysis on various scenarios.

  • Analyze actual operating results, identify key financial and operating issues, and quantify actual results versus forecast.

  • Provide loan sources and/or other financial instruments, negotiating with financial institutions to secure low financial costs under the best terms and conditions.

  • Manage loan agreements to ensure the company can meet expectations regarding loan drawdowns, repayments, and dividends.

  • Prepare financial information for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and bankers.

  • Study and stay updated on financial markets and the development of financial instruments, ensuring the use of appropriate financial instruments to manage risk and maximize benefits.

  • Perform financial analysis for company financial status planning and control, ensuring compliance with stakeholders' conditions (lenders, shareholders).

  • Manage loan and credit facilities arrangements, including loan terms, project finance, trade finance, and factoring.

  • Ensure compliance with all covenants under loan agreements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking or corporate finance functions.

  • Experience in project finance is required.

  • Good financial planning and financial model knowledge.

  • Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas, and infrastructure & utilities would be an advantage.

  • High accountability, strong analytical skills, and confidence in turning facts into recommendations.

  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

  • Proficient in MS Excel.

  • Goal-oriented, flexible, with a strong learning mindset.
