Job Responsibilities:
Corporate Culture Strategy and Initiatives: Lead the creation and execution of strategies to reinforce our values and enhance workplace culture.
Employee Engagement Activities and Communications: Coordinate employee activities, implement health-focused initiatives to support employee well-being, and facilitate communications to improve morale and collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate culture management, employee engagement, wellness program development, and multimedia design.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design and managing communication through various media.
Passion for creating positive workplace experiences and driving cultural change.
