Job Responsibilities
Develop and produce precise technical drawings, blueprints, and plans that adhere to given design specifications.
Ensure accuracy and practicality of designs through collaboration with architects, engineers, and interior designers.
Modify and refresh drawings based on project changes and client input.
Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements in all drawings.
Perform site measurements and surveys to guarantee accurate documentation.
Aid in the preparation of BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material take-offs for projects.
Uphold a methodical database of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Requirements
Female or LGBTQ, aged 24-27 years.
1-3 years of experience in interior design or construction drafting.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of materials, space functionality, and design execution.
Creative mindset with a good sense of design and the ability to select appropriate color tones for different spaces.
Ability to work well in a team and effectively communicate key project details.
Understanding of various interior design styles to create designs tailored to each client’s preferences and within the given timeline.
