Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance brand visibility.

  • Work closely with the CMO to align marketing plans with overall company objectives.

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective implementation of campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.

  • Oversee the creation of content, advertising materials, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

  • Foster strong collaboration with internal departments and external partners, ensuring alignment of marketing activities with business needs.

  • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media campaigns, and online advertising to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Support the CMO in strategic planning, business development, and partnership initiatives.

  • Lead crisis communication efforts and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 7 yrs of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 yrs as a leadership role.

  • Strong background in strategic marketing planning, branding, and campaign execution.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.

  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and paid advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

  • Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
