Job Responsibilities
Actively participate in Management Committee (MC) Meetings, contributing insights on organizational performance, strategy, and operational improvements.
Collaborate with the Product Governance team to coordinate and oversee product launches and marketing campaigns.
Engage with Network Branches and Operations Branches across multiple locations to enhance dealer relationships, optimize backend support systems, and improve service standards.
Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to develop strategic initiatives that align with overall company goals.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets within planned timelines.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance work environment.
Ensure alignment between sub-teams to drive business opportunities and seamless collaboration.
Design performance dashboards to track team achievements and encourage data-driven decision-making.
Manage individual and team resources effectively, identifying key strengths and areas for development.
Develop career growth pathways for employees, including coaching and professional development initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and executives, fostering trust and exploring new business opportunities.
Oversee internal collaboration to ensure timely service delivery and operational excellence.
Expand the company's business partnerships and onboard new strategic allies to diversify business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record in sales growth and target achievement in a competitive market.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, performance management, and strategic planning.
Deep understanding of sales strategies, distribution networks, and partner relationship management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making.
Ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
