Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as principal contact for Function Leadership team and IT stakeholders through the products and services lifecycle.

  • Understands Business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions.

  • Particularly involves transparent communications, facilitation of issue resolution, triggering escalations processes when required, a deep understanding of the IT organization, stakeholders and governance.

  • Work closely with Customer Supply Chain/ and Business head to define Joint Technology Roadmap- Inclusive of Legacy and Global Solution and will be a part for Functional leadership team and IT leadership team

  • Secures value delivery and sustain and helps to involve the Business in finding rapidly durable solutions for pain points in adopting the products

  • Works with product managers to ensure the business capabilities and business requirements are met in terms of integration of technical architecture across one or more product groups based on enterprise business strategy

  • Accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements, Business Continuity Plans etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product

  • Demonstrated experience in a product-based IT organization

  • 15+ years of experience in Business operations with 4-5 years of proven experience of leading Supply Chain digital transformation.

  • Operational experience in Supply Chain verticals like Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain Development etc. is strongly preferred

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual team
