Job Responsibilities
Ensure the operational effectiveness and efficiency of IT within the market.
Act as the deputy or backup for the Business Relationship Manager (BRM).
Manage all IT capabilities for the market, including IT Planning, Governance, Portfolio Management, Performance Management, and Capability Building.
Oversee workforce planning to ensure adequate resource allocation.
Handle Vendor Management, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Support the planning and execution of the IT Organization Model transformation.
Promote IT Operating Model Maturity and Change Management initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of organizational and operational models.
Maintain high standards of operational quality, including processes, compliance, and best practices.
Ensure effective crisis management and major incident eradication.
Ensure that the IT organization aligns with strategic goals and governance frameworks.
Balance “doing the right things” through strategy and governance and “doing things right” through effective execution.
Oversee market management shared capabilities, including IT Project Managers.
Provide oversight of the IT Architecture for the market, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT capabilities.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services align with business needs.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to support IT initiatives and transformation projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
15 years in IT and business/industry
A minimum of 3 years of IT leadership responsibilities, end to end experience in IT
Experience in business/industry (beyond IT), managing cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior management and key stakeholders
Understanding of agile / iterative product development life cycle (design thinking, lean start-up), focus group management, customer journey creation, competitive research, customer research.
Experience in effective communication at different level in the organization and in English
Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
