Our client is a leading company in the marketing and communications sector, dedicated to innovative and strategic approaches to digital media. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s digital media strategy, with a focus on strengthening brand presence and supporting business goals.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Digital Media Strategy: Create and manage digital media strategy and annual plans across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and online advertising).

  • Content Planning and Posting: Oversee content planning, posting schedules, and performance tracking for each platform.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns independently and in collaboration with agencies.

  • Backend Operations: Manage backend operations of digital platforms and advertising tools (e.g., ad managers, analytics, dashboards).

  • Agency Proposal Evaluation: Review, challenge, and improve proposals from digital and media agencies based on performance data and best practices.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze digital performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Stay Updated: Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

  • Coordination with Teams: Coordinate closely with internal marketing, creative, and PR teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in digital media or social media management, preferably from a digital or online agency background.

  • Strong backend knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising systems, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to plan and execute online advertising campaigns independently.

  • Ability to evaluate agency strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
