Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and solution consult teams to build customer segments and deliver targeted experiences.
Meet with users to understand data requirements and design databases accordingly while considering performance.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform customer data from various sources into formats suitable for the Customer Data Platform Solution.
Implement identity resolution strategies to unify and deduplicate customer profiles.
Develop big data solutions for batch processing and near real-time streaming.
Manage the end-to-end data ETL/ELT process framework from Data Source to Customer Data Platform.
Write efficient SQL and Python code to process and enrich customer data.
Stay informed about new developments in the big data ecosystem and learn new technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Over 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Quality, or Data Management roles.
Proficient in SQL, with expertise in data reconciliation and validation methodologies.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
Skilled in designing and implementing data quality rules, monitoring mechanisms, and validation processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in root cause analysis.
