Job Responsibilities

  • Secure financial support through short-term loans, working capital financing, corporate loans, bond issuance, and equity investments.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive consolidated Financial Model to drive corporate finance strategies, ensuring alignment with annual strategic plans, resource allocation, and revenue/operating income targets.

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of annual operating budgets and business financial plans.

  • Oversee loan agreements, ensuring the company meets all financial obligations, including loan drawdowns, principal repayments, interest, and dividends, while maintaining compliance with contractual covenants.

  • Prepare corporate financial reports and other required deliverables for the Board of Directors (BOD), shareholders, and financial institutions.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to enhance management’s financial visibility and decision-making.

  • Conduct financial analysis to assess the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with the expectations of key stakeholders, including lenders and shareholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in banking or corporate finance roles.

  • Prior experience in corporate finance or investment banking is essential.

  • Strong expertise in financial planning and financial modeling.

  • Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas, infrastructure, or utilities is a plus.

  • Highly accountable with strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity, negotiation abilities, and a structured approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
