Our client is a leading supplier in the hotel linen industry, providing high-quality products to a diverse portfolio of international hotel brands in Thailand and beyond. With a strong presence in markets such as Bangkok, Pattaya, and Hua Hin, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for hotels like Marriott, IHG, Accor, and Hilton. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Achieve assigned sales targets within designated periods through strong interpersonal and sales skills.

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute long-term business plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets, focusing particularly on new pre-opening hotels and new accounts (operated hotels).

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and untapped customer segments.

  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client accounts while establishing new partnerships with key stakeholders and potential buyers.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare sales pitches, sales strategies, study bid proposals, and collaborate with sales support to prepare bid tenders, turning opportunities into business.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the direct supervisor, manufacturing partner, sales support, and finance teams on a daily basis to align offerings with market demands.

  • Performance Reporting: Track sales metrics and pipeline progress, providing forecasts and strategic updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient: Proactive, willing to learn, and able to plan and act independently with support from the team.

  • Strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with people.

  • Moderate command of English (written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and plan for future growth beyond immediate sales.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasive presentations and complex contract negotiations.

  • Analytical ability: Proficiency in market research and sales analysis.

  • Product knowledge: Willingness to learn new things and pursue self-development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred for senior roles.

  • Thai native, with 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related business field. Experience in hotel linen supplies or related industries is an advantage.

  • Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel and visit customers in nearby markets.
