Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and mapping business process, strengths, and customer needs.

  • Establish the operational scenarios for the present and the future (process, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and collaborate with Development team.

  • Business user to ensure accurate transition of business requirements to IT Project.

  • Establish and analyze business processes, ensure, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirement.

  • Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in assigned project to ensure requirements are proper addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented.

  • Deliver Business Requirement Document (BRD) / Functional Specification.

  • Experience to be able to conduct business development.

  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system-related issues and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Business Analyst

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (optional)

  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and effective formal presentation.

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

  • Good command of English

  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information is an advantage.
