Job Responsibilities:
Serve as an experienced Business Analyst to provide expert-level insight and analysis on products and services. Solid knowledge of Educational Technology is required.
Collaborate with the Technology Team and act as an interface between the business and marketing teams.
Translate business needs into technical change requests and advise on potential product and service improvements.
Identify new opportunities and apply industry best practices to enhance offerings.
Support the sales team by preparing them for meetings and providing industry intelligence.
Create requirements and specifications for business solutions.
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.
Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.
Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate business users and vendors in decision-making and problem resolutions.
Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
Work with IT professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements.
Provide post-Go-live support to users, resolving incidents and coordinating with the Technical Team to solve issues.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or any related field.
At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst for a senior position.
Experience in software development projects using SDLC or Agile methodology.
English language proficiency (speaking and writing) is a plus.
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with user story creation, use case analysis, and functional modeling.
