Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an experienced Business Analyst to provide expert-level insight and analysis on products and services. Solid knowledge of Educational Technology is required.

  • Collaborate with the Technology Team and act as an interface between the business and marketing teams.

  • Translate business needs into technical change requests and advise on potential product and service improvements.

  • Identify new opportunities and apply industry best practices to enhance offerings.

  • Support the sales team by preparing them for meetings and providing industry intelligence.

  • Create requirements and specifications for business solutions.

  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.

  • Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies.

  • Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.

  • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate business users and vendors in decision-making and problem resolutions.

  • Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.

  • Work with IT professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements.

  • Provide post-Go-live support to users, resolving incidents and coordinating with the Technical Team to solve issues.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst for a senior position.

  • Experience in software development projects using SDLC or Agile methodology.

  • English language proficiency (speaking and writing) is a plus.

  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience with user story creation, use case analysis, and functional modeling.
