Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and mapping business processes, strengths, and customer needs.

  • Establish operational scenarios for the present and future (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions) and collaborate with the Development team.

  • Work with business users to ensure accurate transition of business requirements to the IT Project.

  • Establish and analyze business processes, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirements.

  • Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in the assigned project to ensure requirements are properly addressed before a technical solution is designed and implemented.

  • Deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.

  • Conduct business development activities.

  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve system-related issues and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (optional).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and effective formal presentation abilities.

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

  • Good command of English.

  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information is an advantage.
