The General Ledger Accountant will support the accounting operations team, overseeing sales booking, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting for submission to HQ. This role offers a dynamic international work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a team of accounting specialists.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general ledger (GL) postings and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor sales bookings, reconcile sales transactions, and track accounts receivable (AR) collections.
Prepare and submit monthly reports, VAT reports, WHT filings, and e-tax submissions.
Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Compile and prepare data for financial statements and monthly financial reporting packages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
Strong knowledge of taxation (VAT, WHT, and e-tax filing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience using SAP for accounting operations.
