About the Role
Position Overview:
Our client is a global leader in the global watch industry and also in the manufacturing of
high-precision components for the watch industry. The company is renowned for its innovative
designs and cutting-edge technology, supplying key movements and mechanisms to a wide
range of timepiece brands. At the moment, our client is looking for an SAP Business Analyst
to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Define migration strategies for transitioning from R/3 to Y2.
Focus primarily on SAP MM (90%) with some involvement in SD (10%).
Lead the implementation of the new S/4 HANA platform, from fit/gap workshops to post-go-live activities.
Contribute to activities on ECC until the migration is fully completed.
Review change requests, clarify requirements, and present solutions to the Change Advisory Board.
Conduct workshops with business teams during the project fit/gap analysis phase, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions.
Prepare customer quotations as needed.
Provide support to the Operations team for resolving complex issues.
Share knowledge with colleagues on newly implemented solutions through knowledge transfer sessions
Create or update functional specifications, including test cases, for developers and monitor development progress.
Develop or update process flows, customizing documents, user manuals, and test scripts.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in SAP SD/MM, SAP S/4 HANA environment is a must, ECC is a plus.
Certification in SAP, ECC and or S/ 4 HANA is a plus.
Good knowledge of CS processes and/or logistic processes which should include
implementation, support, design, training, and configuration.
Preferably from a multinational environment handling consumer goods/retail industry.
Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science, IT, or similar qualification and/or
relevant experience.
Good knowledge of ABAP programming/debugging.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good oral/written English is a must.
Able to travel Domestic & International
