They are currently expanding into the Chinese electric vehicle market, importing cars such as Changan, Deepal, Aion, Zeekr, and Avatar. They have over 80 showrooms nationwide, including service centers and comprehensive paint and body repair centers for three brands.
About the Role
Assistant to CEO will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the organization. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Client's CEO in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications. Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Conduct research and compile information as requested by the CEO to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Represent the CEO professionally in interactions both internally and externally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Fluent in both Chinese (HSK6 level or equivalent) and English.
Previous marketing experience is a plus.
Previous automotive industry experience is a plus.
