Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for motorway development, aligning with corporate goals and regulatory standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with government agencies, private investors, transportation authorities, and partners to ensure successful project execution and service enhancement.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage motorway construction, technology integration, and toll operations to meet timelines, budgets, and efficiency goals.

  • Policy Development: Create and enforce policies for traffic management, maintenance, and operational readiness.

  • Financial Management: Drive profitability, develop budgets, and identify new revenue opportunities, including toll optimization and commercial property development.

  • Contract & Partnership Management: Lead contract negotiations and partnerships for toll systems, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.

  • Risk Management: Ensure effective risk management, crisis response, and business continuity planning.

  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to national and international safety regulations and oversee security, incident management, and emergency planning.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance motorway operations, traffic flow, and infrastructure maintenance through continuous performance reviews.

  • Reporting & Representation: Act as the primary representative for motorway projects, providing transparent updates and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering, transportation management, infrastructure development, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in motorway, expressway, or large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.

  • Strong expertise in highway operations, toll management systems, traffic control technologies, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale construction projects, manage financial performance, and negotiate key contracts.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of collaboration with government agencies and private investors.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive motorway development and operational excellence.
