Job Responsibilities
Analyze data and usage patterns to identify IT trends.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes, including workflows, diagrams, and process maps.
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and find potential solutions.
Design and test system prototypes.
Implement and maintain new or modified systems.
Train users and provide technical support.
Evaluate existing systems for efficiency and recommend improvements.
Work with a variety of technologies, including databases, APIs, ECM, Microservices, UML, and customized software applications.
Prepare technical design documentation, such as Technical Specification Documents.
Requirements
Programming Languages: Java, C#, .Net, Python.
Technology Tools: Mulesoft, Low-code Platforms, Camunda.
Databases: Experience with databases and SQL for data management and system integrations.
Infrastructure & Security: Knowledge of Infrastructure and Security in IT systems.
Methodologies: Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Business Analysis: Familiarity with business analysis tools, including process mapping and gap analysis.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee system development projects.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Writing: Experience in technical writing and API documentation.
