Job Responsibilities
Lead engineering activities across business development, project development, and project execution phases, from inception to commercial operation.
Conduct technical feasibility studies and due diligence assessments, preparing detailed technical inputs and proposals for project business development.
Oversee pre-construction project development, ensuring all technical and engineering requirements are met.
Define scope and specifications for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts.
Manage bidding and evaluation processes for engineering, procurement, and construction works.
Review and approve control and instrumentation engineering documents, including plant control philosophy, control architecture, schematic & wiring diagrams, calculations, specifications, and datasheets.
Coordinate and oversee contractor activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical support to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Control and Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
6–8 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in Engineering Design roles.
Experience in power generation and/or renewable energy is an advantage.
Willingness to travel and work upcountry and abroad as needed.
Proficient in English (minimum TOEIC score of 750), both written and verbal.
