Job Responsibilities
Organize and conduct comprehensive safety training sessions for staff at solar and wind farm sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with managers to ensure the availability and proper functionality of safety equipment and protective systems.
Oversee accident investigations, analyze incident reports and statistics, and work with management to implement corrective actions to improve workplace safety.
Review and refine safety and security policies and procedures with management to enhance effectiveness and applicability.
Compile and report accident statistics to the SHE Manager and Plant Manager for continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct audits, analyze environmental performance data, and utilize insights to drive sustainability and operational enhancements.
Ensure the implementation of suitable emergency response procedures and the availability of necessary equipment for incidents such as fires or chemical spills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), or a related field.
At least three years of experience in environmental and safety management systems (high-potential fresh graduates seeking a challenging role are also encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), SHE management systems, and SHE laws.
Experience in construction safety within power plants, solar farms, or wind farms is an advantage.
Proven ability to oversee and enforce safety measures at construction sites.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC score of 500).

Work Schedule: 6 days per week
