Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct comprehensive safety training sessions for staff at solar and wind farm sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with managers to ensure the availability and proper functionality of safety equipment and protective systems.

  • Oversee accident investigations, analyze incident reports and statistics, and work with management to implement corrective actions to improve workplace safety.

  • Review and refine safety and security policies and procedures with management to enhance effectiveness and applicability.

  • Compile and report accident statistics to the SHE Manager and Plant Manager for continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct audits, analyze environmental performance data, and utilize insights to drive sustainability and operational enhancements.

  • Ensure the implementation of suitable emergency response procedures and the availability of necessary equipment for incidents such as fires or chemical spills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), or a related field.

  • At least three years of experience in environmental and safety management systems (high-potential fresh graduates seeking a challenging role are also encouraged to apply).

  • Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), SHE management systems, and SHE laws.

  • Experience in construction safety within power plants, solar farms, or wind farms is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to oversee and enforce safety measures at construction sites.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC score of 500).

  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week

  • Willingness to travel and work in upcountry locations and abroad.
