Job Responsibilities
Oversee and arrange training and development opportunities for the production team.
Plan and organize the implementation and upkeep of new products and processes, while seeking ways to improve existing ones.
Give and receive feedback when changes occur that could affect business.
Manage and enhance safety, health, and environmental systems and procedures.
Support the Production Manager in overseeing minor factory projects and provide technical input on major projects.
Regularly monitor and review production costs against the budget, and find ways to add value to the production process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years experience in food manufacturing
Proficient in both English and Thai
In-depth knowledge of food processing units and relevant equipment
Service-oriented and capable of performing well under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent project management skills and the ability to think quickly
Experience managing a team in a production line environment
SAP experience
TPM knowledge is preferred
