Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance across digital channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies to increase engagement and ROI.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize performance metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions, adjusting budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies as needed to achieve maximum efficiency.

  • Collaboration with Media Teams: Work closely with media buyers and planners to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide recommendations for real-time adjustments.

  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audience targeting, and placements to continually improve performance outcomes.

  • Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing and future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a senior role related to digital media or digital marketing.

  • Proven expertise in content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of analytics and data visualization tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of leveraging various social media platforms for business growth.

  • Familiarity with media tools and planning techniques.

  • Experience using collaborative project management tools for team coordination.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
