Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance across digital channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies to increase engagement and ROI.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize performance metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions, adjusting budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies as needed to achieve maximum efficiency.
Collaboration with Media Teams: Work closely with media buyers and planners to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide recommendations for real-time adjustments.
A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audience targeting, and placements to continually improve performance outcomes.
Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing and future campaigns.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a senior role related to digital media or digital marketing.
Proven expertise in content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of analytics and data visualization tools.
In-depth knowledge of leveraging various social media platforms for business growth.
Familiarity with media tools and planning techniques.
Experience using collaborative project management tools for team coordination.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
