Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Consultation (Mandatory): Provide technical support and engineering guidance to the sales team and customers for Group A products, including advising on product selection, usage, and capacity assessment based on customer specifications and single-line diagrams.

  • Warranty Operations & Aftercare (Mandatory): Manage warranty claims and post-sales field troubleshooting for Group A products by assessing customer claims, preparing reports, coordinating with the factory for coverage, quoting repair services, and working with factory engineers to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.

  • Mechanical Advisory Support (Preferable): Offer technical advice and troubleshooting support for Group B products, including guidance on wiring connections, star-delta starting operations, and collaborating with the factory QA team to resolve customer-reported issues.

Product Groups:

  • Group A: Electrical Switch Breakers, Magnetic Contactors, Thermal Overload Protection Relays, Earth Leakage Detection Relays, Air Circuit Breakers.

  • Group B: Low Voltage Three-Phase Induction Motors (200V & 400V), Single-Phase Induction Motors, Gear Attached Induction Motors (Gear Motors).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • [Mandatory] Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • [Mandatory] Minimum 2 years of engineering experience handling Group A products.

  • [Preferable] A professional demeanor with an age below 32 years old.

  • [Preferable] Customer-oriented mindset with a cooperative approach to client needs.

  • [Preferable] Ability to think critically and independently, rather than just following procedures.

  • [Preferable] Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.

  • [Appreciated] Strong communication and writing skills in English.

  • [Appreciated] Proactive learning attitude and eagerness to explore new technologies and markets.

  • [Appreciated] Skills in Excel VBA coding, RPA automation, or related computer literacy.
