Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with supervisors to develop mid- to long-term plans and execute marketing strategies within the assigned scope.
Set goals and establish OKRs for team members in collaboration with supervisors.
Stay updated on trends in the education industry, including customer behavior, competitors, and educational institutions, to enhance team planning and execution.
Analyze marketing data to guide and oversee the team's work, ensuring the achievement of set objectives (OKRs).
Provide feedback and encourage brainstorming to foster creativity and innovative problem-solving.
Manage and monitor budget usage for marketing activities under the team's scope.
Develop and implement effective workflows to improve marketing team efficiency.
Analyze and address operational challenges within the team and across departments for optimal performance.
Represent the team in communications and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives.
Monitor brand perception among customers and partners, and manage crisis situations related to brand reputation.
Support team member development to enhance skills and career growth opportunities.
Track and report team marketing performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing and Team Management.
Strong ability to plan and execute marketing strategies effectively.
Experience or knowledge in the education sector is a plus.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with adaptability.
Willingness to work beyond standard hours if necessary.
Detail-oriented with excellent task prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Eagerness to learn, develop, and solve problems efficiently.
Experience with marketing tools such as Social Listening, SEO, Ads Manager, etc., is a
plus.
