Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with supervisors to develop medium- to long-term plans and executes strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals across all marketing functions under supervision.
Set goals and establish OKRs for all team members in collaboration with supervisors.
Stay updated on trends in the education industry, including customers, competitors, and educational organizations, to enhance team planning and operations effectively.
Analyze marketing data to plan, oversee, and guide team activities, ensuring the achievement of organizational objectives (OKRs).
Provide feedback and support brainstorming sessions to encourage creativity and innovative problem-solving.
Manage budgets for all marketing activities under supervision.
Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize marketing team performance.
Analyze and resolve team and cross-functional issues to enhance efficiency.
Act as a representative for the team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Monitor brand perception among customers and partners, and manage crisis situations related to brand reputation.
Recruit and develop marketing team members, ensuring career growth and leadership readiness.
Track and report team marketing performance, offering insights for continuous improvement and goal achievement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing and Team Management.
Strong ability to plan and execute marketing strategies effectively.
Experience or knowledge in the education sector is a plus.
Creative and resourceful mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary.
