This exciting opportunity will allow you to support the Marketing & Communications team in a variety of administrative and operational tasks that play a key role in the successful execution of marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Document Processing: Prepare and process all marketing-related documents for internal and external parties, including payment requests, purchase orders, and contracts.
Coordination with Departments: Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain proper filing and documentation records for marketing-related documents.
Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in events, film production, roadshows, and media activities as required.
Logistics and Coordination: Assist in logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination for marketing activities.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, CO-MDs, Swire Properties colleagues, and external vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles is preferred.
Well-disciplined, punctual, and highly organized.
Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple departments.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (must be able to liaise directly with CO-MDs and Swire Properties colleagues).
Service-minded with a hospitality-oriented attitude.
Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems.
Able to work flexible hours when required for events and activities.
