Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and market leadership.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company’s portfolio.
Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Financial Management & Performance Optimization
Drive profitability and cost-effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies to optimize business performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, risk management policies, and corporate governance standards.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Establish and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
Lead the development of new insurance products that align with market demands and regulatory frameworks.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Engage with key stakeholders, regulators, and industry leaders to strengthen Indara Insurance’s market position.
Represent the company in public forums, industry conferences, and media engagements to enhance brand reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum 10-15 years of senior management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, and risk assessment.
Proven track record in business strategy, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the insurance sector is a plus.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
