Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain processes to manage project timelines, budgets, and scope; set quality and performance standards; and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with stakeholders to define and agree on clear project goals, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for specific projects or initiatives.
Negotiate project schedules, milestones, and resource requirements with stakeholders to achieve desired project outcomes.
Create project plans that include detailed timelines, task breakdowns, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Supervise and manage project team members' daily tasks, ensuring progress towards milestones.
Lead projects from initial requirements to final deployment, including risk identification and mitigation.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address questions or challenges, and ensure projects stay on track.
Monitor and report on project status, progress, outcomes, and risks to management, escalating issues promptly as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
Identify, document, and secure approval for project scope changes.
Support business case development and the company's project approval process.
Drive and manage business change and process improvements as required.
Develop and implement training programs and strategies for project team members as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a Prominent University
Minimum 7 years' experience in Project Management
Minimum 2 years' experience in Web/Application Development
Direct experience in Web/Application Development is preferred
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Clear communication skills for guiding teams, coordinating with vendors and management, and explaining complex technical issues
Organizational and time management skills to keep projects on schedule
Knowledge of software systems, computers, operating systems, networks, and service desk administration
Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
Personal accountability, urgency, and flexible decision-making
Adaptable to a competitive, collaborative, and fast-changing work environment
Good learning agility
