Job Responsibilities
Recruit and manage construction and interior decoration workers, including carpenters, painters, ceiling workers, electricians, and plumbers.
Supervise worker entry and exit, adapting to frequent labor changes.
Calculate wages and salaries for both full-time employees and daily workers.
Plan, establish regulations, and optimize workforce efficiency.
Develop problem-solving strategies and innovative approaches to labor management.
Identify tools and methods to improve work processes and productivity
Requirements
HR experience, especially in recruiting and managing construction labor, is a plus.
Strong ability to handle workforce turnover and effectively manage personnel.
Detail-oriented with the ability to calculate wages and process payroll for daily workers.
Skilled in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and HR system improvement.
Flexible to work at the Sam Khok, Pathum Thani factory or the Prachachuen office as needed.
