Job Responsibilities:
Talent Development & Capability Building:
Design and implement talent development frameworks aligned with business strategy across Thanachart Insurance and TCAP Group BU.
Develop competency frameworks, learning roadmaps, and development programs for high-potential and critical roles.
Translate business needs into practical learning solutions (Leadership, Functional, Future Skills).Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline:
Lead end-to-end succession planning processes for key positions and leadership roles.
Identify critical roles, successors, and readiness levels across the organization.
Partner with business leaders to close talent gaps through targeted development actions.Culture & Organization Development:
Drive culture initiatives aligned with TCAP Group values and business direction.
Design and implement culture programs that support performance, collaboration, and engagement.
Act as a change agent to embed desired behaviors across multi-business environments.Independent Design & Implementation:
Independently design HRD frameworks, tools, and processes without reliance on external consultants.
Own implementation from concept to execution (pilot → rollout → evaluation).
Develop practical tools such as competency models, assessment tools, IDPs, and talent dashboards.Stakeholder & BU Collaboration:
Work closely with senior leaders, BU heads, and HR Business Partners across 7 BUs.
Align HRD initiatives with different business contexts while maintaining group-level standards.
Provide advisory support to management on people development and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, OD, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong experience in HRD/OD/Talent Management within large organizations or group structures.
Proven experience in talent development, succession planning, and culture transformation.
Experience working with multi-business units or group companies is highly preferred.
