Job Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy: Support the Chief of Enterprise Architecture in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategies and frameworks. Define and maintain IT architecture standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure seamless integration across the organization. Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, cloud transformation, and infrastructure improvements.

  • Solution Design & Digital Transformation: Oversee end-to-end architectural design for enterprise-wide technology solutions. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, cloud solutions, and digital platforms. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technology implementations are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Establish guidelines for microservices architecture, API management, and cloud-native applications.

  • IT Governance, Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and enforce enterprise architecture policies to maintain compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Ensure data governance and security best practices are integrated into all IT architecture solutions. Identify and mitigate technology risks that could impact business continuity.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the architecture team. Work closely with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and business teams to drive technology alignment. Engage with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate and implement best-fit solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.

  • Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern IT infrastructure.

  • Deep understanding of IT governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with API management, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.
