Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of digital media strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive conversions.

  • Plan and optimize media strategies while establishing campaign objectives, budgets, and relevant KPIs.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals and identify effective approaches for digital marketing efforts.

  • Create and implement media working process guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, behavior trends, and online traffic metrics, presenting key insights to the team and senior leadership.

  • Manage and optimize internal processes to improve digital media operations and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role related to digital media or digital marketing.

  • Proven expertise in content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of analytics and data visualization tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of leveraging various social media platforms for business growth.

  • Familiarity with media tools and planning techniques.

  • Experience using collaborative project management tools for team coordination.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
